TIMING BELTS

The timing belt is manufactured using either thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) or rubber. PU timing belts are fitted with steel cord that offers good running characteristics even with high tractive loads. Manufactured to tight tolerance, these timing belts are able to deliver reliability and excellent dimension stability. The addition of the nylon coating on either on the tooth or the back of the belt enhances the running properties for specific applications. An addition thickness of polyurethane offers extra protection against wear and tear.
